She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. Blair and Clara Blair (Moody); her husband Robert M. Mitchell Sr.; and her siblings, Freda Brock, Bonnie Blair, Mary Fortney, Charles "Ed" Blair, Russell Blair and Carl.
She is survived by: her brother James "Bob" Blair; and her granddaughter Major Vicki Clark (Tom). She is also survived by stepchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and step great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the The Salvation Army (219 N 4th St, Coshocton, OH 43812).
