She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Saylor and Lura Saylor (Laflin); her sister Juanita; her half-siblings, Helen, Dave and Charles; and her son-in-law James Pickrell.

She is survived by : her husband Donald E. Billman; and her daughter Angela Pickrell of Coshocton.
