It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nina Sampsel of Coshocton, Ohio, born in Mechanicsburg, Ohio, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, David Alex and Ethyl Irene Smith (Parker); and her siblings, Freida Faye Alexander, Reida Smith, Ethel Sherron, Ruth Ann Frazee, Barb Curry, Helen Shoaf, Jean Whitbeck and Dave Smith.
She is survived by : her son Neil Sampsel (Kendra) of Zanesville; her stepchildren, Jim Sampsel (Kandy) of Coshocton and Darlene Wilt of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Samantha O'Dell (Josh), Preston Sampsel (Maddie), Courtney Hall (Brandon), Slater Sampsel, Brian Sampsel (Amber), Cory Sampsel (Kari), Katie McElhaney (Brian), Jessica Turner (Noah), Micheal Wilt and Haley Crofton; her siblings, Mary Mullet of Coshocton, Richard Smith (Bonnie) of Franklin, Harold Smith (Linda) of Plain City, Jack Smith (Diane) of Howard and Roger Smith (Sonja) of Mount Vernon; and her great-niece Cayla Ross. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
