With sadness, we share the passing of Pam Addy of Coshocton, Ohio. Pam, born on June 8, 1955, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Donley and Betty Donley (Fisher); and her brothers, Patrick and Edward Donley. She is survived by: her husband David "Dave" Addy; her children, Jennifer Cochran (Heather Bradford) of Coshocton, Billy Jo Guilliams of West Lafayette and Matthew Livingston (Micheal Ann) of Tuscarawas; her stepchildren, Melissa Hardesty (Brian), Brandy Kenney (Jed) and David "Cody" Addy (Hannah); her grandchildren, Mia Moore (Gabe), Codie Mize, Ciera Wharton, Corbyn Guilliams, Lucas Cochran (Beth), Cole Cochran (Katie), Sophia, Gannon, Harper and Mason Addy (Cydney); her siblings, Abbe Donley and Earl Donley Jr. (Kim); and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (639 Main St, Coshocton, OH 43812). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
