She was predeceased by : her parents, James Lewis and Anna Billman (Gertrude); her husband James F. "Sonny" Hughes; her daughter Vicki Jo Schrock; her grandson Cody Hughes; and her siblings, James Lewis Billman, Jr., Robert Lee Billman and Beverly Mobley.

She is survived by : her sons, Jamie Hughes (Diana) of Coshocton and Greg L. Hughes of Coshocton; her grandchildren, Adam Hughes (Krystle) of Coshocton, Jessica Hughes of Coshocton, Jason Hughes of Coshocton and Shelby Lumbatis (Ben) of Coshocton; her great grandchildren, Maci Lumbatis, Anneliese Lumbatis, Tripp Hughes, Cabella Hughes, Oakleigh Hughes and Jocelyn Hughes; her brothers, Ronald Billman of Warsaw and Donald Billman of Coshocton; and her son-in-law Jeremy Schrock of Coshocton.
