She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy Richard and Josephine Jewel Lipps (Moonyham); and her sister Carol Jean Fisher. She is survived by: her husband Roger Chaney; her children, Ronda West (John) of Coshocton and David Chaney (Donna) of Delaware; her grandsons, Anthony West (Billie), Clint West (Megan) and Daniel West (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Maggie, Jesse, Jake, Jaxson, Joella, Logan, Aubrey and Brooke; and her siblings, Robert Lipps, Richard Lipps (Pat), Dee Dun and Cacioppo.
