He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Tubaugh and Virginia Tubaugh (Earley); his father-in-law Marvin Richard Painter; his son Christopher McKee; and his grandson Michael Jacob McKee.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Tubaugh (Painter); his children, Carrie Tubaugh of Columbus, Molly Puckett (Eric) of Bluefield, Michael McKee (Jessica) of Zanesville, Stephen McKee (Hallie) of Kalkaska, Mi. and Patricia Noon (Zack) of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Adrian, Gideon, Seth, Tommy, Eli, Evelyn, Noah, Xander McKee and LeeAnn Noon; his brother Roger Tubaugh of Fl; his mother-in-law Patricia Dantzer (Bob) of Seven Lakes, NC; his sister-in-law Carol Shuey of Columbus; and his daughter-in-law Sarah McKee. He is also survived by cousins, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
