He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Richard Cutshall Sr. and Mary Katherine Stone (Potter); his grandparents, Annalied Marange and Clyde Potter; his stepparents, John Stone and Donna Cutshall; his siblings, Richard Cutshall and Donnie Cutshall Jr.; his stepchildren, Katrina Cox and Seleena Murrray; his nieces, Sue Ann Cutshall and Micki McGinnis; and his great-nephew Wayne Gibson.
He is survived by: his daughter Rikki Cox (Zack Weese); his girlfriend Tonia Angelo; his stepdaughters, Jodi Appis, Beth Roberts and Makayla Roberts (Jonathan Harmon); his grandchildren, Brisyn, Ivory Weese, Kynngstyn, Kinsleigh, Khloe Crowthers, Clutch and Moxleigh Harmon; and his siblings, Deb Fortune (Lucian Smith), Vicki Cutshall, Karen Brysian (Chuck), Jake (Sandy Jenkins), Marilyn Love (Bill), James Cutshall (Charlene) and Paulet Cutshall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
