He is survived by : his wife Mary; his children, Kurt Knicely (Jenn), Kristy McCormick (Jason), Keri Knicely and Kyle Knicely (Kaylie); his grandchildren, Brice, Isabella, Nathanial, Mackenzie, Carter, Abigail, Austin, Zachary, Aria and Michael; and his siblings, Carol Mikesell (Lynn), Chuck Allen, Janie Sarchet (Brad), Lisa Davis (Brian) and Chris Allen (Tina).
