He is survived by: his wife Susan Porth (Phillips); his daughters, Lori Shaw (Jamie) of Coshocton and Jody Williams (Jason) of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Kindall, Colin Shaw, Caley Song (Isaac), Joshua, Janee, Justin and James Williams; his great grandchildren, Asher and Olive; and his sister Wendy Wikoff (Lyle). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
