She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenza Fowler and Mildred Fowler (Moats); her husband Jim Lewis; and her pet Lucky. She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Powell (Darrell Lanham) and Tara Meddings (Allen Timmons); her granddaughters, Kayla, Heather Burris, Krista and Katie Meddings (Dalton Sims); and her siblings, Kathleen Reece, Nilah Douglas (Gary), Lenny Fowler (Teresa) and John Fowler (Brenda). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
