He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Kaye Warren; his grandchildren, Rick Booth, Ryan Booth, Emily Swaykus, Sarah Argentine, Kerrie Tennant, Kyle Underwood, Roger Kadyn Underwood, Kayla West, Michael Warren and Zachary Warren; his siblings, Randy Underwood (Donna) and Sharron Elson (Tom); his stepdaughter Tammy Ward (David Ward); his stepgranddaughters, Rachel Ward (Presley Ward) and Michelle Bare (Joe Bare); and his stepgreat-grandsons, Zachary Ward and Jacob Westfall.
