She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Regula and Vivian Regula (Zimmerman); her husbands, Eugene Olinger and James "Jim" Durben; her sons, Rocky Olinger and Mark Olinger; and her sister Lesta Lycans.
She is survived by : her daughter Holly Cucuz (Milan); her stepchildren, Ruth Ann Durben, Timothy A. Durben (Vicki) and Kristy Jo Landis (Duane); her grandchildren, Lester, Ruth Ann, Valerie, Travis Olinger, Denise and Brandon Casey; her great grandchild Cassie Warren; and her sisters, Sharon Regula Ferranti and Jo Brown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
