He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hilliard and Joan Hilliard (Lafferty). He is survived by: his wife Debra Hilliard (Lazasz); his children, Brad Hilliard (Melissa), Greg Hilliard (Tabitha) and Amanda Snode (Mark); and his stepchildren, Rachael Shetler (James) and Ronald Stephenson (Katherine). He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
