He is survived by: his parents, Craig Reichman of Westerville and Traci Mushrush (Todd) of Coshocton; his siblings, Georgia Lynn McDermott of Columbus, Megan Carroll of Coshocton, Sydni Fortune (Austin Horn) of Coshocton, Chase Carroll of Coshocton, Samuel Fortune III (Nicole) of Coshocton and Todd Mushrush Jr. of Coshocton; his girlfriend Jaden McPeek; his grandparents, Karen Patterson (Sam) of Coshocton and Pete Carroll (Delores) of Coshocton; and his aunt April Guilliams (Richard) of Coshocton.
