With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Pence of Covington, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Carol left this world on December 10, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Brown and Virginia Thompson (Spitler); her husband Kenny W. Pence Jr.; and her siblings, Shirley Locker and Terry Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Richards (Steve) of Covington and Steffanie Edwards of Covington; her granddaughters, Mackenzie Eicher (Tobin), Bethany Hoelscher (Ronnie), Amber Groppi (Jayden) and Sienna Edwards (Triston Francis); her siblings, Ronnie Brown (Linda Fick) of Covington, Darlene Kenworthy (Paul) of Covington and Lisa Hammond (Larry) of Fla; her in-laws, Keith Locker and Terri Brown; and her close friend Chuck Shuman of Pleasant Hill. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (10 S High St, Covington, OH 45318). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
