He is survived by: his wife Sheryl A. Black; his children, Tracy Tobe of Covington, OH and Bryan Tobe of Covington, OH; his brother Wayne Tobe (Lynn) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Ethan Booth (Ally), Olivia Booth, Audrey Tobe and Trent Tobe; and his great grandchild Taylor Coleman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Piqua Fish and Game (9344 Spiker Rd, Piqua, OH 45356).
