He is survived by: his father James McCuistion; his wife Shannon Renee McCuistion (Longendelpher); his children, Kara Ann McCuistion, Zachary F. McCuistion and Holly Riley; his stepson Trevor (Brooke Miller); his grandchildren, Merrick McCuistion, Jimmy Miles McCuistion and McCoy Curtis Miller; his brothers, Tony (Linda McCuistion), Mark (Christy McCuistion) and Jeff (Heather McCuistion); his parents-in-law, Jerry and Vicki Longendelpher; and his siblings-in-law, Jodi and Shawn Chaney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
