We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2024, at the age of 83, Elaine Collins of Covington, Ohio, born in Farmersville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lindsey Wood and Helen Wood Rice (Brown); her son Rodney; and her daughter-in-law Michelle Collins. She is survived by : her daughters, Tamula Sherman (John) of Covington, Rebecca Griffin (James) of Byesville and Maria Sheets (Mark) of Covington; her grandchildren, Jason Collins of Piqua, Nicole Yount of Ind, Sharon Gonzolez of Troy, Josh Ehlers of Vandalia, Heather Beecher of Columbus, Gregory Yount of Covington, Nick Adams of Quincy, Mackenzie Sheets of Piqua, Cody Adams of Anna, Maddison Sheets of Covington, Brandon Griffin of Houston and Shawn Griffin of Lockington; her great grandchildren, Caralyn, Aiden, Avery Collins, Lexi Yount, Kiara, Kiana Roberts, Caleb, Miguel, Isabel Gonzolez, Kaden Dotson, Aurora, Delaney Beecher, Christopher, Jackson, Carter, Camden Adams, Lillian Barhorst, Emmet Adams, Paisley Sheets, Natalie and Hunter Griffin; her great great grandchild Eveyln Yount; and her siblings, Faith Caden (Tom) of Farmersville, Gary Wood (Sandy) of Dadsville and Barry Wood (Jane) of Bradford. She is also survived by her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
