He was predeceased by: his father Huber Small; and his siblings, Robert Small and Ruth Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte S. Heiser; his children, Sherry Volz (Gary) of Castalia, Brian Small (Melody) of Vandalia, Mickey Mahan of Piqua, Julie Walters (Don) of Piqua and Polly Rupe (Elton) of Calabash; and his sister Esther Marko of Ludlow Falls. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Veterans charity of one's choosing.
