He was predeceased by : his wife Verna May Cook; and his granddaughter Melissa Herman. He is survived by : his children, Kim (Mike Parker), April (Randy Yoder), Tammy (Brian Witwer) and Jim Cook of Shetton, CT; his grandchildren, Stephanie, John Krupski, Jennifer Fedoryshyn, Joshua, Janet Parker, Kathryn, Payton Caudill, Matthew, Kristen Witwer, Michael Witwer, Megan, Jason Salyer, Kaitlyn Matzek, Hannah Cook and Emma Cook; and his great grandchildren, Devyn, Madelyne, Hudson, Eli, Tobias, Waylon, Caroline, Bennett and Edwin.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home (160 N High St, Covington, OH 45318).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
