He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Herron and Alma Herron (Gump); his spouse Shirley K. Stager; his siblings, David, Jerry, Dick, Dan, Diana Lindsey and Joan Herron; and his great grandchild Jamie Lynn Shirk.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Herron of Bradford, Bobby Herron (Darla) of Piqua, Melissa Shepard (Kirt) of Piqua and Tracey Pullins (Tommy) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Krystal Robinson (Matt), Josh Shirk, Deryl Shirk, Kyle Alcorn, Ethan Herron (Cedar), Stanley "Ryan" Herron, Kelsey Herron, Matt Herron (Katrina), Megan Franck (Derek) and T. J. Pullins (Kelli); and his sister-in-law Goldie Herron of Piqua. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
