She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Rong; her brother Rodney Victor; and her sister-in-law Tammy Victor. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Christopher Rong and Amanda Franco; her brother Jay Victor (Annie Harrison); her aunts, Jeanette Fisher and Vicki Ingle; and her friend Phyllis Bolin.
