He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Horner and Marjorie M. Horner Schultz (Fields); and his brothers-in-law, Randy Hammaker and Bill Oliver. He is survived by: his children, Theodore "Ted" Schultz of Columbus, Ind. and Dr. Angela Isbel (Chris) of Waynesville; his grandchildren, Lauren, Victoria and Madelyn; his siblings, Tim Schultz (Peg) of Versailles, Mike Schultz (Doris) of St. Henry and Christina Hammaker of Versailles; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Oliver (Sandy), Belinda Richmond, Joe Oliver (Barb) and Tim Oliver (Lois). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Covington Presbyterian Church.
