He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Richard Scott and Delores Arlene Scott (Jeager) of Troy; and his siblings, Rock Scott of Fletcher, Stanley Scott of Christiansburg, Stacey Scott of Piqua, Starr Scott of Covington and Susanne Scott of Greenville.
