She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Bowen and Pearl Bowen (Harvey); her daughter Karen Sue Starkey; her grandson Brian Starkey; her great grandchild Luke Hollingshead; and her sister Geraldine Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Hoy Jr. of Bremen, Crystal Kornmiller of Creola and Katherine Molihan (Dwayne) of Zaleski; her grandchildren, Angie Church of McArthur, Patty Lamb (Jason) of Hamden, Melissa Thomas (Eric) of Zaleski, Eugene Hollingshead (Misty) of McArthur, Scott Hoy of Logan, Dustin Hoy (Bobbi) of Albany and Nikki Starkey of Morgantown; and her sister Golden Dawn May of Logan. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren.
