He was predeceased by : his parents, James Gadd, Sr. and Genieve Gadd (Fackler). He is survived by : his daughter Christa Aidt (Steven) of Crestline; his granddaughters, Megan Boyle of Shelby, Claudia Spiegel (Adam) of Crestline and Jamie Fricker (Adam) of Dixon, MS; his great grandchildren, William, Allyssa McKee, Carter, Alex Watkins, Maddalie, Mia Boyle, Lane Spiegel, Christopher and Lukas Fricker; his brother Jerry Gadd (Claudia); his niece Jill Bond (Sherman); and his nephews, Jeremy Gadd (Natalie) and Jonathan Gadd (Brandy). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
