He is survived by: his stepchildren, Theresa Samuel and Philliphe Samuel; his siblings, Cynthia Hall, Kimmerly Hall, Patricia Hall and Louis Hall; his sister-in-law Carla Anderson; and his daughter-in-law Tarias Samuel. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
