He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Vogt and Shirley A. Vogt (Ridgley); his wife Stacey Vogt (Sattler); and his father-in-law Phil Sattler. He is survived by: his daughters, Rochelle Surgener (Brett) of Oregon and Alyssa Vogt (Dale Staten) of Columbus; his stepchildren, Todd Wertman of Ashland and Kaley Schumaker (Jason) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Farris Surgener, June Surgener, Sawyer Schumaker and Nash Wertman; his siblings, Russell Vogt of Shelby, Karen Alt (Brian) of Shelby, Brian Vogt (Amy) of Crestline, Kurt Vogt (Mel) of Crestline, Kimberly Hatfield (Jeff) of Crestline, Teresa Jessee (Charles) of Crestline and Sheryl Foley (Jon) of Shelby; and his mother-in-law Amanda Richardson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
