He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffrey Histed (Kathy) of Palmetto, FL. and Lucinda "Kay" Herold of Crestline; his nieces and nephews, Hollister Histed (Kathy June) of Fremont, CA., Clayton Herold (Kitty) of Crestline, Dr. Emily Herold MeKeever of Crestline, Elise Holt (Bill) of Strongsville and Hannah Bard (Aaron) of Pataskala; and his close friends, Tom and Janet Clabaugh.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donation to be put into Kim's name for the Area Agency for Aging in Ontario, Ohio or The Morton One Room School Historical Museum in Shelby, Ohio.
