He was predeceased by: his parents, Harl Hoffman and Leona Hoffman (Pollock); and his brothers, William and Alan Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Angie Hoffman; his daughters, Denise Von Der (Brad Schafer) and Dana Dixon (Jason Rowlinson); his grandchildren, Kelsey Lundell (Alex), Kori Dixon (Craig Branham), Bailey Dixon (Micah Wirebaugh) and Emma Von Der Hofen; his great grandchildren, Olivia Lundell, Meah Branham, Landen Branham and Braxten Branham; his brother David Hoffman (Linda); and his sister-in-law Jane Hoffman.
