She was predeceased by : her mother Marjorie; her siblings, Doris White, Betty Conn, Jim Maddy, Robert Maddy, Patricia Maddy and Virginia Nelson; her grandson Jeff Cook; and the father of her children Henry "Pete" Cook Sr..

She is survived by : her children, William Cook (Sheryl) of Torrance, CA, Henry Cook (Sheila), Shirley Cook (David) of Clayton, IN, Diana Cook of Crestline and Peggy Cook of Crestline; her siblings, Marlene Volk, June Paynter, Don Maddy and Jan Maddy Marylou Pursley; her grandchildren, Jen Cook, Cale Cook, Scott Cook, Elizabeth Cook, Kathy Cook and Michael Cook; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Camden, Liam, Elaine, Ila, Tiffany, Lauren, Sarah, Lilly and David; and her great great grandchildren, Anna, Evelyn, Aiden, Jensen and Tristan.
