He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Powell and Eleanore Powell (Harshbarger). He is survived by: his children, Jason Powell, Belinda Powell, Kyle Schroemer (Kelly), Chad Schroemer, Amanda Cobb (Bryon) and Ryan Schroemer; his grandchildren, Avery Schroemer and Clara Cobb; and his siblings, Terry, Ron, Jon Powell (Diana), Kim Wirwille (Mark) and Tom Powell (Kerri). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
