Matt T. Cornett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025, at the age of 62, Matt T. Cornett of Crestline, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Matt T. Cornett to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebel D. Cornett and Lucy A. Cornett (Sheridan); his grandson Andrew Beck; his brothers, Christopher and David Cornett; and his father-in-law Larry Bebow.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Cornett (Bebow); his daughters, Debbie Beck (Scott) of Shelby and Kelly Fried (Dustin) of Shelby; his grandchildren, Issiah, Madelyn, Ethan and Lillian Beck; his sisters, Lucinda Fitts and Rebecca Mahl (Daniel); his mother-in-law Hazel Bebow; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Sheaffer (Scott), David Bebow (Beth) and Daniel Bebow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Lutheran Church.
