He is survived by : his mother Carol Rowland (Potter); his wife Angela Perman (Moore); his daughters, Grace and Alayna Perman; his stepfather Dave Rowland; and his siblings, Allen Perman (Tina) of Galion and Cheryl Perman (Jamey Frazier) of Galion.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made out to the family to start a college fund for his girls.
