It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Catherine Kolakowski of Crestline, Ohio, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Snyder and Margaret Snyder (Smith); her husband Anthony Kolakowski; her brother Harold Snyder; and her daughter-in-law Doreen Kolakowski.

She is survived by : her sons, Robert Kolakowski (Lisa) of Milford Center and Richard Kolakowski of Springfield; her grandchildren, Karista Danielle, Kurtis, Michael, Kimberly Kolakowski and Samantha Kolakowski; and her sister Irene.
