He was predeceased by : his mother Laura Puchajda; and his siblings, Larry and Carol. He is survived by : his daughter Heather Case (James); his grandchildren, Angelo, Carlo and Gianna; his father Bernard Puchajda Sr.; and his siblings, Cheryl Kukwa, Jerry and Frank.
