We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2023, at the age of 83, Billy Eugene Dobbins of Creston, Ohio, born in Sutton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Olen Dobbins and Pauline Dobbins (Dean); his children, Rose Kinney and Rusty Dobbins; his daughter-in-law Rose Dobbins; his granddaughter Heather; and his close friend Dorothy "Dot" Flick.

He is survived by : his children, Charles Dobbins (Teri), Dennis Dobbins and Arlene Dobbins; his siblings, Willard Dobbins, Robert Dobbins, Barbara Meadows, Sandra Casto (Eddie), Brenda Kisner (Dale), Connie Stafinski Bonnie Stuart and Betty Dobbins; and his friend Dorothy Hibbs. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
