He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Eunice Ann Bolen (Sutterfield); his wife Maggie; his daughter Stephanie; his grandson Daniel Maxwell; and his sister Patsy Fortner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Bolen and Crystal (Ralph Holiday); his granddaughter Kayla (Tim Cyrus); and his great grandchild Timmy Lee Cyrus.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murray Funeral Home (173 S Main St, Creston, OH 44217). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the Creston Maple Mound Cemetery (180 Burbank St, Creston, OH 44217).
