With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Opal Spellman of Creston, Ohio, who passed away on August 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Bonnie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Bonnie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Frye and Chole Frye (Brown); and her siblings, Glen, Katherine, Treva, Leva and Emma.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Dempsey (Nina) of Dixie, WV, Cherly Moore (John) of Creston, Deborah Komer (John) of Sharon Center and Robert Capenter (Joanna) of Jacksboro, TN; and her sister Elma Myers of San Antonia, TX.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
