She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Gallagher and Cleo Gallagher (Stertzer); her husband James Williams; and her brothers, Ray and George.
She is survived by: her children, Diane (Steve Wingenfeld), Dale (Carolyn Shaw), David (Chris Shaw), Carol Maher, LuAnn (John Winland), Craig Shaw, Ralph (Yvonne Shaw), Debbie Shaw, Ramona (Raymond Mohn) and Carroll Jr. (Tammy Shaw); and her sister Shirley Havens. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Murray Funeral Home (173 S Main St, Creston, OH 44217). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the Creston Maple Mound Cemetery (180 Burbank St, Creston, OH 44217).
