He is survived by: his wife Beverly Chelski (Davis Uhler); his granddaughter Beth Holmes; his great grandchild Ashley (Tom); his grandsons, Austin and Andrew; his son John Chelski; his stepdaughter Tammy (Jim Lockwood); his stepgrandchildren, Nick, Colton and Kayla (John); his stepdaughter-in-law Lisa Uhler; his siblings, Jim (Trudy Chelski), Ruth Brown and Nancy Miles; Blake and Ridge.
