He was predeceased by : his parents, Jonas Kondik and Angela Kondik (Zupec); his sister Karen Ohlin; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Eppick and Johnny Ostovich.
He is survived by : his wife Diane; his children, Christine Ginnetti (Ron), Brenda Boville (Kevin Boville), Curtis Kondik and Denice Kondik; his grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Maria, Christopher (Casey), Catalina and Ben; his great grandchildren, Catherine and James; his siblings, Joan Eppick, Angela Williams (Jim), Bill Kondik (Cathy) and Eugene Kondik (Joann); and his siblings-in-law, John Ohlin and Deann Adams (Marty). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, St. Stephens Catholic Church in West Salem, OH, or to Our Lady Help of Christians in Litchfield, OH.
