He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest F. Bowen and Regina Lee Bowen (Page); and his siblings, Russell Lee Bowen, Diana Lynn Bowen and Tammy LeeAnn Bowen.
He is survived by: his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Brittany Bowen of Medina; his grandchildren, Tessa, Abbi, Aria and Terra; his great grandchild Daniel; and his brother Mark (Jeanette Bowen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
