Marge Rhoads Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marge Rhoads (Creston, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Marge left this world on October 1, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William M. Rhoads; and her siblings, Glenn, Ellis, Kenneth, Virgil (Dora), Ben (Sandy), Stanley, Ricky Winkler and Janet (Darrel Indermuhle).
She is survived by: her children, Angie Chapman and Steve; her daughter-in-law Barb Rhoads; her grandchildren, Ellen (Alex Mosteller), Elizabeth (Markus Schlabach), Andrea (Nate Starcher), Grace (Tyler Howell) and Ben Rhoads; her great grandchildren, Will, Hayes Mosteller, Connor Schlabach and Charlie Starcher; her siblings, Andrew Winkler, Elizabeth (Vernon Landis), Marilyn (Dale Uhler) and Brenda (Vic Bauman); her sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Winkler, Flora Jane Winkler and Margie Winkler of Marge's Rhoads; and her in-laws, Barbara Johnson, John (Lee Rhoads) and Karen (Fred Shriner). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Smithville Apostolic Christian Church (8530 Fulton Rd, Sterling, OH 44276).
