He is survived by: his children, Dale Palmer (Carol), Douglas Palmer (Blenda) of Sterling, Debbie Bowman (John) of Burbank and Dean Palmer (Lois) of Creston; and his brother Russell Dale Palmer (Karen) of Cary, NC.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren.
