She was predeceased by : her parents, J. Carl Householder and Bernice Householder (Faunce); her husband Joel; her brother Thomas Householder; and her grandson Brandon.

She is survived by : her children, Leon Hosey (Joyce) of Sissonville, WV, Darrel Gross of Brunswick and Lisa Whitley (Rick) of Creston; and her sister Sally Cool (Carvil) of Seville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
