He was predeceased by: his parents, Oreland Vernell and Agatha Elean Ormsby (Bell); his wife Ruth Elenor Arnett; and his sister Kwana J. Conaway. He is survived by: his sons, Ricky J. Ormsby of Lima, Brian V. Ormsby of Cridersville and Aaron J. Ormsby of Lima; his granddaughters, Erica Ormsby of Cridersville and Jessica Ormsby (Paul Linn) of Mendon; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Hale, Ethan Hale and Trendon Moyar.
