She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore R. Neff and Ethel K. Neff (Hobbs); and her husband John D. Ruoff. She is survived by: her sister Connie Leist of Hilliard, OH; her sibling's children, Pennie Caradonna-Kinnear (Dale) of Dublin, OH and Richard Leist (Gail) of Columbus, OH; her great-nephew Angelo Caradonna of Dublin, OH; her siblings-in-law, Norma Pitts of Columbus, OH and Jerry Powell; her sibling's children, Raymond Powell, Matthew Coleman and Jill Rose (Richard); and her cousin Kendall Krites.
