She was predeceased by: her parents, Hadley Ballinger and Reba Kamp Ballinger (Morris E. Strouss, II); her husband Morris; her siblings, Betty Brown (Boyd) and Don Ballinger (Kathleen); her mother-in-law Florence Strouss; and her sister-in-law Linda Oglesbee.
She is survived by: her brother Earl Ballinger (Carolyn) of Liberty, Indiana; her sisters-in-law, Virginia Ballinger of Liberty and Cheryl Luke of Vero Beach; and her close friend Michelle Milazzo of Lima. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
