She was predeceased by: her parents, Hadley Ballinger and Reba Kamp Ballinger (Morris E. Strouss, II); her husband Morris; her siblings, Betty Brown (Boyd) and Don Ballinger (Kathleen); her mother-in-law Florence Strouss; and her sister-in-law Linda Oglesbee.
She is survived by: her brother Earl Ballinger (Carolyn) of Liberty, Indiana; her sisters-in-law, Virginia Ballinger of Liberty, Cheryl Luke of Vero Beach and Floria; and her close friend Michelle Milazzo of Lima. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bayliff & Son Funeral Home (311 W Main St, Cridersville, OH 45806). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Mercy Health Oncology Department.
